SPONSORSHIP TYPE: Rolling Annual Relaunched for 2019, there have been three dedicated CRAFTWORKS events this year 11 February 195 BAFTA London 19 March AW Europe London 28th March MPC

The ongoing programme comprises a further four London events and also panels as part of the CICLOPE worldwide awards programme. SPONSORSHIP TYPE: Rolling Annual Running in concert with the free to access SISTERHOOD site on David Review, this events programme showcases short films created / directed / edited (and more) by women. The inaugural event took place on the 5th April at MPC. There will be a minimum of six further events across the year at industry venues. Full details soon.

WOMEN IN ADVERTISING PRODUCTION (WAP)

 

SPONSORSHIP TYPE: Rolling Annual A hugely successful Facebook group set up by freelance Executive Producer Jess Aan de Wiel. Designed for all women, at any level, involved in the making of moving image productions. From creatives to crew, receptionists to reps, producers to post supervisors,    The ‘by invitation only’ group now has over 3,500+ members and meets regularly at hosted networking events in London. 2018 event locations included Framestore, The Mill, Panalux, MPC, The Location Guide / Fair FX, BMG and ENVY.  There will be a further 5/6 events in 2019, with the next one 2 May at MPC’s new Sky Bar.

The sponsorship opportunity for the WAP series includes:

  • Event branding & introductions - logos on screen, event invitations, tickets, literature, invitations and social channels

  • The opportunity to make a short talk at an event

  • Branded photo opportunities on event galleries.

THUNDERDANCE FILM FESTIVAL CANNES 2019

SPONSORSHIP TYPE: Evening Event https://www.thunderdancefilmfestival.com/ Thunderdance was born in November 2017 as a passion project by Josh Trigg and Ruby Griffiths. It provides young filmmakers with an affordable platform to showcase their work, networking with potential agents and a place to meet like-minded people.  Committed sponsors include Great Guns Best Director, Cheat Best Cinematography & Grading and McCann Health, Best Narrative Mental Health.

Sponsors of Thunderdance Cannes 19 ‘Crime of Passion’ themed pop-up will be able to nominate a presenter for the winner in the following individual categories: Best Music Video Best Narrative Best Documentary Best Experimental Best Actor

The event will run on June 18th from 3pm-19.30pm at the Olympia Cinema in Cannes. Audience tickets are priced at £20 + booking fee. 

The sponsorship opportunity for TFF Cannes 2019 includes:

  • Nomination of a presenter for the winner of their sponsor category

  • Sponsor logo printed on the step and repeat wall and the programme, given to everyone attending the festival

  • Website & social media – sponsor logo features for 6 months on the TFF website and participation in all posts on the TFF social media platforms.

  • Company sponsorship announced at the beginning of the TFF screening and on screen for the attending industry professionals and filmmakers.

  • Logo on TFF newsletters – during 6-month promotional period pre and post festival to TFF’s database of directors, producers, creatives, DOP’s, production and post-production publications.  Plus one dedicated sponsor newsletter and facilitated PR interviews

THE SHINY AWARDS

 

SPONSORSHIP TYPE: Rolling Annual Set up and curated by Caroline Bottomley, Shiny connects diverse, emerging directors to the commercial industry.   The focus is work under 5 mins; branded content, music video, fashion film, short docs.  They have a jury network of over 70 world-class production companies, ad agencies & commissioners that powers a unique review service for directors. They ran sold-out 'Award rounds' events throughout 2018 at industry venues Stink, The Mill, Trailer Park, Framestore, The ICA and Shoreditch House.

Shiny has also built strong, personal connections with MD's, heads of production, EPs and brand marketing directors within their jury network and they have an exceptionally engaged 8,000-strong mailing list.

For 2019 they have so far run the Shiny Awards at The Mill and their first session in February at M&C Saatchi.  There are an additional eight 'Award rounds' events scheduled for the remainder of 2019 at prominent industry locations, including Kobalt, Caviar LA, 1stAveMachine, Spring Studios, with exciting agency & music label locations in discussion, plus the Awards Show in February 2020.

SPONSORSHIP TYPE: Monthly Shared Ad Hoc We run regular networking & film screening events on a Tuesday at Soho House, 76 Dean Street. Our partners do not always sponsor every film club and there are often openings for new companies to participate.  Please register your interest.
